Enhance your balance through the ancient Chinese practice of T’ai Chi. Certified instructor, Liz Monnier, guides movement in the method of Qigong to improve balance and induce relaxation, healing and internal harmony. Embrace summer while relaxing the body and focusing the mind with certified T’ai Chi instructor, Sandy Gebhard.
